Harvest Festival Vendor Application The City of Mulberry's Harvest Festival will be on October 28th from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Vendors will be notified of acceptance of application via email. This application is not completed until the $10 Vendor Fee is paid. We take cash or check.
